The course is designed to provide you with a validated methodology for evaluating your organization's Quality Management System (QMS) against best practice standards. It facilitates you through a continuous improvement journey towards excellence in quality and business management.
As a course participant, you will also get DNV’s Business Excellence Protocol and a digital scoring tool to assess your management system maturity. The Protocol goes beyond ISO 9001 and fully includes best practices from ISO 9004 and methodologies endorsed by the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) and MBNQA (Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award) Excellence models. In addition, it incorporates DNV’s extensive management system expertise and experience with high-performing companies globally.

Experienced Quality Managers and Quality Internal Auditors with a drive to lift their company’s QMS and aiming for Business Excellence using a proven and systematic approach
Program
- Two full-day 8-hour modules and two half-days 4-hour follow-ups.
- The full-day modules cover the use of DNV´s Business Excellence Protocol, including the 13 elements of the Business
- Excellence Protocol, methodology, techniques, and the digital scoring-tool.
- The half-day follow-ups are for peer discussions, sharing experiences and calibration with peers and the trainer. These are scheduled after each full-day module to allow for any assignment completion.
- It is mandatory to attend both the two full-day sessions to obtain a certificate of completion. The half-day sessions, while not mandatory, are intended for you to get practical experience and increase the course impact.
Warunki uczestnictwa
- Robust and sound experience in quality management
- Knowledge/experience with ISO 9001 and its application
- Preferably some knowledge/experience with ISO 9004
- Experience with organizing/conducting internal quality audits
